FAQs

  • Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, ages and ranges of experience.  Whatever your level, variations of the exercises will be offered to suit your individual requirements. However, if you haven’t tried Pilates before, I recommend having a 1-1 session with me before joining a group so that you can get to grips with the fundamentals, and we can chat through any questions you may have.

  • Group Classes

Classes are bookable in advance in half term blocks.  The cost of each block varies subject to how many weeks are in the term (see Term Times), but it works out at £12 per class. If you're unable to attend a class you have the option to switch to another class within the same block (subject to availability) or if you know at the time of booking that you can’t make one week, you can book it as a ‘holiday week’ and pay for one week less. Please note that classes cannot be carried over to future blocks.  You are welcome to attend a free trial class before committing.

    1-1 sessions

Prices start from £55 an hour depending on your location. Please contact me for more details.
